In the Cognition and Brain Lab we conduct many studies and are in need of subjects for all of them. In our studies we may either ask you to do a one hour computer or pencil and paper session, or a 2-3 hour session with an electrocap.
This is a non-invasive procedure we use to look at participants' brain waves as they complete a memory or language related task.
Young Adults
We are in need of young adults (between the ages of 18-35) for several of our studies. We require that you be right handed and a native English speaker. You may either run for pay or for credit through the PSYC 100 Subject Pool.
Older Adults
We are also in need of healthy older adults (ages 50+) for our research. Again, you must be right handed and a native English speaker. We offer pay by the hour for anyone willing to come in and help us.
If you are interested in signing up for any of these studies or have any other questions, please
contact us.
If you are already signed up for a study and need help locating the lab, please see our maps at the bottom of the contact page.
